Just sharing a little clip from New Zealand based streetwear brand, I Love Ugly today. This one minute spot is simply highlighting the brand's latest handmade headwear collection, manufactured on home soil. It's nicely edited and features some interesting styling, hence, making it post worthy, I felt. A lot of the styles are sold out as they release a new cap each day until May 26th, so just a few to go. Essentially, don't sleep on them as they're highly sought after and available for a short time.
I first uncovered these guys a few years back, intrigued by the cut of their Zespy pants, known for their posterior sag and tight lower leg fit . They were interestingly "...conceptualised whilst on a 'trip' in Amsterdam." Click through and check those out if you're looking for a nice mix of comfort and tapered fit.
It's been great to see a small "t shirt brand" expand in a relatively short space of time, offering high quality cut and sew items, accessories, eyewear and even footwear. The brand has carved out their own little niche, giving an eccentric twist on classic fits, making for a nice stop gap to a more mature style. Press play above and click through to their site to check more of their wares.
