In Your Words : A Culture Night Project : Prelude
The idea of the "In Your Words” project was to create a hand written record of the public’s view on Culture Night in Belfast and its significance to the city. Succinct, rambling or otherwise the concept was to simply get people’s thoughts from heart and mind to pen and paper.
Below is an example of how the response is formulated. I got Culture Night attendees at our studio, LOFT, to write on a post-it and then took a snap of them to illustrate. The first response is from artist and studio mate, Brian Kielt.
